Interactive demonstration
Demonstration based on recorded vehicle measurements. Names, trip identifiers, location data, receipt photos and source references have been removed. Dates are shifted and odometer readings are offset for demonstration. Signal values, elapsed times, distances, fuel quantities and MPG are retained.
Try it: uncheck a measurement line, hover for a reading, drag to zoom, then select Reset zoom.
Uploaded recordings only. Recent trips may still be incomplete; last recorded data is not a verified power-off time.
Recorded signals · interactive graph
All 11 signals share one graph. Each unit has its own labelled axis. Uncheck signals to simplify the view. Hover for exact readings; drag across the plot to zoom.
Hover over the graph to inspect readings.
Temperatures & lubrication · average / high / low
Arithmetic averages of valid one-second report samples across the entire selected trip, including stationary samples. Zooming does not change these statistics. These are report-grid values, not full-rate extrema.
Other recorded measurements · average / high / low
Same selected-trip window and valid-sample basis. Missing readings remain unavailable; they are never replaced with zero. Cursor readings follow the graph.
GPS and vehicle-speed agreement
Compare GPS with OBD at identical one-second report positions. Moving comparison requires OBD speed ≥5 mph. Differences include sampling, latency and sensor effects; they are not an absolute accuracy measurement. No GPS or clock settings changed.
Signal coverage & review flags
Coverage is the fraction of expected one-second report positions with a finite value, after the existing decoder's validity/staleness rules. It does not measure full-rate CAN acquisition completeness.
Operating conditions
Existing decoder categories; warm oil threshold 90°C. These are reporting rules, not manufacturer operating limits.
Compare pressure under similar RPM and oil temperature
250 RPM × 5°C bins; detailed mode also uses 10-percentage-point engine-load bands and the same operating condition; at least 30 one-second samples in each trip. Difference = B minus A. Samples within a trip are correlated. These comparisons do not control route, engine load, ambient conditions, oil identity or maintenance, and do not establish a lubricant benefit.
Fuel purchases and mileage
Dates and odometer readings are adjusted for demonstration. Original receipt and odometer photos are omitted. Gallons, costs and full-tank mileage arithmetic are retained.
Full-tank fuel economy
102 miles ÷ 5.713 US gallons = 17.85 MPG. This full-tank interval is distinct from the total distance of the selected recordings. Purchases are not fuel consumed by an individual trip. No lubricant-benefit claim is made.
Photo evidence is private and omitted from this public sample.
